Laure-Anne Evrard
Liège-born Laure-Anne Evrard has a law degree. She began her studies in Namur and then continued with her Master’s course at the ULB in Brussels, where she graduated with distinction. Eager to widen her horizons and get to know more people, she decided to diversify. So she spent six months at the University of Cordoba in Andalusia, to supplement her university studies in Spanish.
She attaches great importance to human relations and to active listening, and when young she divided her time between youth movements, as a leader, and high-level sport. She is an enthusiastic alpine skier. This is borne out by numerous titles, including Belgian Champion in the Giant and Super G categories. During this period of her life, she built a character as a fighter and developed a determination always to engage to the full in the activities she undertakes.
Her family history, focused on real estate and the transfer of assets, allowed Laure-Anne to become an owner through a property seeker. This initial experience provided her with a view of the profession from the buyer’s perspective and prompted her to join the BuyerSide team. Her aim here is to share her experience and above all place her skills at the service of the team and of her clients.
Laure-Anne is active on social media and fascinated by interior architecture, fashion and design, especially the layout of homes, the importance of light and the comfortable living these bring. Let her know your expectations. She will make your acquisition more than an excellent investment, ensuring that it is a real living environment perfectly suited to you.
Camille Guégan
Camille has a Master’s degree in Management Sciences from IESEG, a commercial college in Lille. During her studies, she travelled in Ireland, the United States, Mexico, where she first worked as a real-estate agent, and then Australia.
She began her professional career in the fashion sector as a purchasing manager at Camaïeu International. She then took on responsibility for the commercial strategy to promote the work of a Belgian fashion designer.
During the years she spent developing the brand's reputation and turnover, she also made her first real-estate acquisitions on her own behalf.
She then opted to train with Belgian investors with a view to acquiring the bases that are essential to master real-estate investment strategies. This was to enable her to substantially improve the profitability of the properties she had acquired three years earlier and to continue her investment projects. These personal experiences revealed in her a genuine passion for the real-estate sector. To the point where she decided to make it her profession, this time by advising others. She therefore opted for a change of direction, beginning her real-estate career with BuyerSide, which she is joining in June 2021. Here she will devote herself to assisting investors with their acquisitions from start to finish. Camille also speaks French, English and Spanish.
