Executive Assistant – Office/Marketing Manager

He/She is the right-hand man of the Management and ensures in an autonomous way the good functioning and the daily follow-up of the management of the current activities of the company.

He/she assists the management members in order to optimize the administration of their activity (schedules, diary, travel, preparation of meetings...). He/she organizes appointments, the schedule of a collaborator, of a manager and sorts out calls and physical reception.

The Executive Assistant also has the task of composing and following up professional files (constitution, synthesis, file updating, etc.) and contributes directly to the achievement of his/her superiors' objectives. He/she organizes and coordinates internal and external information and actions, sometimes confidential, related to the operation of the structure.

At the intersection of the different departments, the Executive Assistant is in charge of the follow-up of the structure's files: administrative management of employees, coordination of human resources, management of communication and strategic and operational marketing, management of invoice payments, professional relations, customer relations...

The executive Assistant is in charge of managing projects established by his/her management or specific events (organization of seminars, meetings, trade shows...).

- Daily support of the Managing Director in the implementation and realization of professional real estate projects (office, residential development, retail, nursing homes, hotels, student housing, etc.).
- In-depth analysis of real estate (financial, urban planning, technical, etc.).
- Valuation and business plan.

- Rigorous follow-up of files (client contact, due diligence, data room follow-up, etc.).

Your profile

- You have a professional experience of 2 to 5 years in the professional real estate sector.
- You have very good commercial, financial and communication skills.
- You have a perfect knowledge of Microsoft Excel and its financial analysis tools (cash flow discounting, ...).
- You are passionate about commercial real estate (office, retail, ...) and you have an interest in alternative real estate (student, healthcare, hotel, ...).
- You are well organized and have a proven ability to prioritize;
