Adrian Devos, co-founder and manager of BuyerSide has a Master’s Degree in Business Sciences from Louvain School of Management (LSM) at the UCL (Université catholique de Louvain) and a CEMS (Continuous Emissions Monitoring Solutions) Master’s in International Management.

His interest in real estate investment has been passed on by family traditions and enthusiasm going back several generations.

He began his career in the investment department at DTZ Winssinger. Within the department, he provided thorough expertise about the purchase and sale of real estate investments for national and international clients investing in Belgium.

Adrian has been a registered member of the IPI (Institut Professionnel des agents Immobiliers – Professional Institute of Estate Agents), under n° 509.683.

Adrian is an MRICS (Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) member, registered under n° 6555760.

Kassandra obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication at ISFSC.

Her studies were very enriching, especially thanks to her Erasmus in Porto where she was able to develop her skills of adaptation and integration. After her bachelor's degree, with a backpack on her back, she traveled for 6 months in New Zealand. Challenge and independence were the key words of this trip to the other side of the world.

Sensitive to art, Kassandra is overflowing with creativity, a quality she developed during her studies in Photography.

Energetic and invested, she will do her best to answer your requests.

With background in Communication & Marketing, Kassandra has a keen ear and excellent relational skills.

Loving challenges, she chose to blossom in a new field, that of real estate. She joined our team as an Executive Assistant & Office/Marketing Manager.

Kassandra speaks French and English.

Maximilien Studied International Business Management at Artevelde Hogeschool in Ghent. His studies led him to Taiwan where he did an exchange and later to Madrid for an internship at Flanders Investment and Trade at the Belgian embassy in Spain.

He started his career in February 2018 as an analyst for Daimler-Mercedes Benz in Madrid at the department of financial services.
After nearly three years abroad he decided to come back home in Belgium to start his career he had always dreamed of. He joined the BuyerSide team in May 2020.

His interest for real estate started at a young age. Within his family this grew over generations and it did not skip the last one. During his studies he did various internships in different real estate agencies in Flanders. After graduating he obtained a post graduate certificate in practical aspects of real estate at the KU Leuven.

Maximilien speaks Dutch, French, English and Spanish.

Gatien began his career on the road to the EU, studying European studies at Maastricht University and holding various positions in the European Youth Parliament. 

Following a desire for a change of horizon, it was quite natural that he turned to a first professional experience close to the world of real estate as a sales representative responsible for office rentals in a coworking space in Montgomery. During this period, Gatien took two parallel courses at ICHEC: Sales & Account Management and the Executive Master in Management. 

Committed, enthusiastic and interested in everything and everyone, he is involved in various scouting projects and other youth movements, as well as in several sporting activities such as golf, field hockey, soccer and tennis. 

It was with this enthusiasm and interest in the real estate sector that he decided to join the BuyerSide team in September 2023. 

Gatien speaks French, Dutch and English.

Alexandra recently completed her real estate agent training at EFP. 

During her 3 years of studies, she worked at Latour&Petit real estate agency which allowed her to acquire the necessary skills and experience, as well as a thorough knowledge of the residential market. 

Her thirst for learning and her taste for new things led her to BuyerSide.

 Indeed, her attraction for human contact and her perpetual desire to achieve her goals are major assets in the search for properties corresponding to her clients' criteria. 

Alexandra is cheerful, spontaneous, organized and likes to do things well.

Outside of the office, Alexandra is a jack of all trades: piano, tennis, swimming and youth movements. Currently, you are more likely to run into her on the golf course. 

Alexandra speaks French and English.

Laure-Anne, originally from Liège, has a law degree. She began her studies in Namur and went on to complete a Master's degree at ULB, graduating with distinction. 

A fierce desire to broaden her horizons and a six-month stay at the University of Cordoba in Andalusia completed her university training in Spanish.

With a strong focus on human relations and active listening, she divided her early years between youth work as a youth leader and high-level sport. 

This period forged her fighting spirit and her determination to go all the way in every activity she undertook.

But it was also thanks to a family history of real estate and inheritance that, at a very young age, Laure-Anne bought a property through a property finder, which gave her a vision of the business from the buyer's point of view. This powerful experience convinced her to take the plunge and join the BuyerSide team, to share her experience and, above all, to put her skills at the service of the team and its customers.
