So as to be able to offer you quality advice and professional expertise, BuyerSide is proud to welcome two new recruits: Daphné Lefevre and Édouard Lempereur. From now on, they will be placing all their know-how at the service of your real-estate projects, whether residential or professional.
Édouard Lempereur
Édouard is joining the professional department, headed by Nicolas Vincent. Within the PRO structure (www.buyerside.be/pro) created just over a year ago now, Édouard will assist BuyerSide clients who operate in the field of corporate real estate (offices, trade, development, etc.).
Having obtained an MBA at the Louvain School of Management and a DES (diploma of higher education) in finance at ICHEC, he started his career as an Account Manager in various sectors of activity and then worked at ING for several years. Initially, he was in charge of professional credit analyses, before becoming commercial manager for corporate clients in real estate.
His passion for real estate soon led him to follow the Executive Master en Immobilier (EMI - Executive Master’s course in real estate) at Saint-Louis. Since 1 October 2019, he has been placing his real-estate and financial expertise at the service of BuyerSide’s professional and institutional clients. His negotiating skills, his knowledge of the market and his perseverance make him the ideal trusted partner for your acquisitions. To assist you with all your real-estate projects, he speaks French, English, Dutch and Spanish.
When he is not discussing real estate or increasing his knowledge of the subject, Édouard enjoys playing tennis, travelling, gardening or simply spending time with his family and friends.
Daphné Lefevre
Daphné Lefevre, meanwhile, is joining the residential department of BuyerSide (www.buyerside.be) as a Senior Account Manager. Her presence strengthens the residential structure, the very core of BuyerSide’s activity launched in 2014. Daphné will offer her services to private individuals in search of the ideal property or wishing to invest in residential real estate.
Having studied photography at a Dutch-speaking college, Daphné was bitten by the real-estate bug in 2004, when she took a student job as an administrative assistant at an estate agency. This proved to be a real revelation and in 2007 she decided to resume her studies in order to obtain an approved real estate agent’s certificate.
She then joined a Brussels-based agency as a trainee and took her first steps in the profession. In 2010, having obtained her estate agent’s diploma, she decided to acquire real-estate expert status by following an additional year of training. This specialisation, combined with her experience gained at several major international agencies, recently including Engel & Völkers, have clearly enabled her to hone her know-how and her expertise.
Sensitive and sociable by nature, Daphné likes to help others and see the impact of her work directly on the people with whom she collaborates. Indeed, it was her wish to place her experience and skills at the service of buyers that prompted her to join the BuyerSide residential team at the end of 2019.
Daphné is a member of the IPI (Institute of professional real estate agents) under number 507.483 and speaks French, Dutch and English.
