Acquisition of a real estate complex in the heart of Namur

On August 31, 2022, the e-maprod group has signed an agreement to acquire the shares of the company BRASSAM, holding a residential complex in NAMUR between Boulevard Cauchy and rue Dewez.

This real estate complex consists of 7 buildings with 42 apartments for more than 5,000 m2 and 43 parking lots. The real estate complex, located at 900 meters from the Namur train station, in a mixed environment in the heart of the city, a stone's throw from the new courthouse, enjoys excellent accessibility by public transport. This high quality complex, quite rare by its volume, is now part of the private property of the e-maprod group (Stéphane Benaym).

Christian Stenuit, CEO of e-maprod : « When Buyerside presented us the operation, it seduced us because it has the advantage of being located in Namur, a dynamic city on the rental market where we wish to reinforce our position. This is exactly what we have done with this acquisition, as we are taking possession of 42 housing units in a single block in the heart of the city center ».

Faithful to its concept, BuyerSide has advised the buyer for this operation. Edouard Lempereur and Nicolas Vincent acted for e-maprod alongside Christian Stenuit (CEO) and Gaëtan de Lantsheere (CIO).

Allten (Alexis Duvieusart and François Delforge), active in all areas of investment, acted on behalf of the seller as part of a global consulting mission.

Moreover, this deal is also the result of a perfect collaboration with the company Allten, which acts as a real estate agent and business provider for BuyerSide. This is also the second transaction we have done with Allten this summer».

This transaction allows our young brokerage firm to confirm our expertise in the residential investment market - this is the 8th residential transaction we have completed in the last 12 months involving existing apartment blocks, or to be developed on bare land or in dilapidated office buildings to be reconverted ».
