The new year also rhymes with a review of the past year.

BuyerSide has put its calculator to work and shares with you its key figures for 2022.

We have advised for more than 73 M € of investment volume through our 3 different departments, an increase of 52% compared to last year.

This represents a total of 202 units (116 apartments, 18 houses, 3 commercial spaces, 2 plots of land and 63 parking lots) divided into 31 transactions, including 28 asset deals and 4 acquisitions of real estate companies.

Of the 31 transactions, 15 are related to investor clients, 9 to owner-occupied clients and 7 to professional clients.

These figures clearly demonstrate the average size of our transactions, which are approximately €810,000 for acquisitions of own occupancies (apartments/ houses), €1.1M for investment properties and €8.5M for professional transactions. Of course, these are averages, with the range of transactions going from €240k to €25M.

Several transactions initiated in 2022 are about to be completed for investment volumes exceeding €42M. The year 2023 already promises to be exciting.

OwerSide in 2022

BuyerSide's healthy and steady growth is also reflected in this year's figures for our sister rental management company - OwnerSide.

We are pleased and satisfied to report that our portfolio under management has grown significantly. It has grown from 80 units in 2021 to 151 units in 2022, an 89% increase in one year.
