New year, new balance sheet.

Like every year, BuyerSide has put its calculator to the test and here are the key figures for 2023.

We advised on over €70 million in investment volume through our 3 different departments (own-occupation, BtoC investment and BtoB investment).

This represents a total of 289 units compared with 202 last year (175 apartments, 13 houses, 16 commercial spaces and 85 parking lots), divided into 44 transactions compared with just 31 last year, an increase of 42%.

Of the 44 transactions, over 60% of them were for investment purposes, while purchases for own occupation accounted for just under 40%

These figures clearly demonstrate the average size of our transactions, which is around €690,000 for owner-occupied purchases (apartments/houses), €2.75 million for investment properties and €6 million for professional files. Of course, these are averages, with transactions ranging from €160k to €25M.
