A new year also means taking stock of the past year
So BuyerSide got out its calculator and would like to share with you its key figures for 2021.
We provided advice on an investment volume of over € 48 million through our three different departments: € 23 million for our Professional clients, € 19 million for Investors and € 6 million for Individual owner occupiers.
This represents a total of 155 units (136 apartments, 13 commercial units and six houses/villas), involving 28 transactions, of which 23 were asset deals and five were share deals.
Of these 28 transactions, 14 related to dossiers for investor clients, eight to private individuals and six to professional clients.
These figures clearly show the average size of our transactions, which amount to around € 525,000 for acquisitions by owner occupiers (apartments/houses), € 1.1 million for buildings suitable for letting and € 4.6 million for professionals’ dossiers. These are, of course, averages. The deal range in value from € 225,000 to € 12.5 million.
Several transactions initiated in 2021 are on the point of fulfilment, representing investment volumes in excess of € 25 million. The year 2022 is set to be exciting.
